iPad: Coming December 2026

The straight answer: GapFix isn't on iPad yet. It arrives at the end of December 2026.

Today GapFix runs on iPhone, with iOS 18.0 or later. The App Store listing is iPhone-only, so GapFix won't appear when you browse the store on an iPad.

Why not just ship the iPhone app on iPad?

We could have. An iPhone app can run on an iPad in a scaled-up window, and plenty of apps ship that way. We didn't, because the parts of GapFix that matter most — the 12-week plan view, Boosters, the Explore grid — look thin and stretched at that size. A learning app you sit down with at a desk should earn the bigger screen, not just fill it.

So iPad is a real piece of work rather than a checkbox — which is why it lands at the end of December 2026 rather than on launch day.

Your account will be waiting

Nothing you do on iPhone will be lost or need restarting when the iPad version arrives.

Sign in with Apple, Google, LinkedIn, or email and your plan, streaks, XP, achievements, GapFix Score, and review queue live with your account rather than the device. The day iPad support lands, you sign in and everything is already there.

If you use GapFix anonymously, your progress stays on that one device — adding an account is the thing worth doing early.

In the meantime

GapFix is designed around about 15 focused minutes a day, which is a phone-sized habit more often than a desk-sized one. Most of what the iPad would add is comfort, not capability — the full feature set is on iPhone today.

Requirements when it ships

We'll confirm the minimum iPadOS version closer to release. If your iPad runs a current version of iPadOS, expect it to be supported.

The date

End of December 2026. If that changes, we'll say so here rather than quietly leave the old date up.
